Get training and help before you’re burned out.

Plan for the long haul! Long before you suffer from the strain or you mother needs professional care, you need some relief. Check out respite services and training programs from the Alzheimer’s Association. If other family members or friends have offered to help but you’re worried they’ll be overwhelmed, give them DVDs or send links to online programs and spend time together as a team with your loved one.
