10. Learn what triggers an “autonomous sensory meridian response” (ASMR) for you.

An ASMR is a tingle in your scalp or back of your neck that leaves you super relaxed. Not everyone experiences them, but you may not know your triggers. One of the most common is hearing a whisper. You’ll see free videos online with common ASMR triggers that people say help them get to sleep.
